Breast Cancer Awareness Month is every October. This above pic a mock-up of the guitar that I built and donated for a "Save The Ta-Tas" event's silent auction last year. My Mom is in recovery and ongoing treatment for breast cancer so this project was and is very near and dear to me.

I solicited donations to cover the costs associated with the build including the raw materials to build it, the electronics, hardware, hard shell case and shipping. I was amazed by the response to this project not only from family and friends but donations from complete strangers

Here are a few pics of the project. Sadly, I lost all completed pics in a catastrophic hard drive failure. If I ever recover that drive, I'll post more pics. It turned out great!
